Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
When scheduling a consultation, you will be asked to fill out a form. This will provide us basic information to prepare for your appointment. Please make sure to come prepared with any additional information that may help us better help you.
Unless you are in Hickory, NC, we will send you a Google Meet link with a calendar invite to meet with us. To help us make sure we’re talking to a real person (because we live in that period of human history), please have a working webcam and microphone. Plus, we appreciate as much human connection as possible, even if we can’t be in the same room.
Cancellation policies
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so with at least 24 hours advance notice.
Deposits for paid consultations are non-refundable. This being said, we are more than willing to accommodate your schedule
Payment policies
Free 30-minute consultations are offered to help determine if our products and services are a good fit for you. Free consultations require no payments, deposits, or commitments.
Paid consultations are offered to customers who want hourly support. All paid consultations require a 50% non-refundable deposit that is paid up front. The final 50% is due at the conclusion of the consultation appointment.
